A major sports organization put on large-scale events that required managing thousands of personnel, diverse inventory, and complex operational workflows. The information and processes around these events had long been managed in disjointed systems, often in local spreadsheets. Finding the existing off-the-shelf solutions insufficient, the organization was looking to build a custom solution to fit their needs but didn’t have enough in-house capacity to tackle that level of product development. Datum worked closely with the organization’s own technical team to plan and develop a custom, cohesive platform that served their nuanced operational needs and integrated seamlessly with their existing tech landscape.
